She looks far too skinny these days. Such a shame.

Make of it as you will, but supposedly it is because of MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) and a tear she had between the stomach and esophagus that caused her to have such a sudden weight loss.

Again, take that for what it is, but she was in the hospital for 6 weeks, so I dont know whether its related.
Just putting it out there.

I did find it odd that her live in bff the English wardrobe girl Gabi also went from a once veluptuous girl to one that was almost as skinny as Kate. Not saying Kate didn't have medical issues but why would Gabi have similar weight issues.
