Would normally keep quiet on the forum but wanted to do something with the state of it.
Haven't gone overboard, anything beyond that and it maybe interpreted as AI fake.
A simple noise reduction, a sharpened once, upped the resolution a little to 982 x 1500.
The odd repair of the image. Then slightly adjusted tone and contrast. That's it.
Not only was it full of noise before but the resolution was so poor at just 379 x 579.
Shocking. I agree with uk543bfd and quite possibly so.

Anyone have without the x

Been reading through the thread recently. To answer this question with an example.
The only person who would have that image without the x or emoji's covering their photo's is the person who's photo it belonged to.
The only other way to have the photo without the coverings is by using an object image removal tool.
