I'm currently using NoScript and uMatrix and have had no issues with imagehaha. If I turn off those addons then I get redirects and other spammy bullshit. So yeah, use NoScript or something similar to protect yourself from internet aids.

Try right clicking the image frame and selecting "Open image in a new tab".
Also check the details in Avast to see which URL it is actively blocking, and then block that domain using NoScript. My best guess would be adtng(dot)com being the culprit.
