I did some fast ps, used the reduce noise feature, despeckle and selective color to take out the yellow! Then did smart sharpen, this was the best I could get! I'm no ps expert, sorry

Here... there is not much that can be done, but several programs can do a good job if you mix them properly, I did not add anything extra, everything is made from the pixel info of the pic.

For some more info: It appears that at least some of these have been run through an AI upscaler with poor optimization, likely with "face enhance" turned on, which doesn't really enhance so much as it replaces some features. The 4th and 5th pictures look like a different person from the original resolution.
