If it's the one I'm thinking of, it looks nothing like her at all. We have so many pics of her pussy "area" (where it's definitely her, her face etc.) that we know it's angled low, and the one I think you're talking about, it's way up front and should be visible in all of her other pics where she appears featureless. Adding a few fakes (not fakes exactly--pics of other people entirely, but where you can't see the face clearly or at all) to sets of real pics, where the fakes are always more explicit than the real ones, is sadly a thing.

I did some fast ps, used the reduce noise feature, despeckle and selective color to take out the yellow! Then did smart sharpen, this was the best I could get! I'm no ps expert, sorry

Here... there is not much that can be done, but several programs can do a good job if you mix them properly, I did not add anything extra, everything is made from the pixel info of the pic.
