Woman removes her dress to reveal her nude body and nude naturally hanging (keeps them from looking fake) naked breasts. You can add in descriptors like large, small, or very large or very small if they are more extreme. I've even used very very large for Dolly and K@t Denn1ngs to really get them right. Proper english isn't necessary. Just spam adjectives.
