Use the Grok imagine to edit the SFW picture. You have to make sure nipples and genitals are covered. I usuall promt to cover with thin strips or patches of tape. Otherwise it will be moderated.
Then when you have an slightly NSFW image you can generate a video.

You can delete them. In your creation screen, click the trash can (1). Then click the three dots (2) and delete creations/tasks. If you add sound, the three dots for me at least aren't visible but they are still there.
You can also go to your video page and you have to play them I believe and in the bottom corner is a trash can that kind looks like a christmas present. Not sure why they change the icon for the trash can.
And DiGen does allow nudity. You just have to use clinical wording like breasts instead of boobs. It is nearly impossible to get it to do sexual stuff but it will if you work for it. I recommend a subscription for that though because it'll take several tries.
Strange, earlier I tried everything to delete my videos, looked for trash boxes, etc, nothing there. I asked ChatGPT and Gemini, who both told me that you can't delete images on DIGEN, and their terms give them the right to retain and use any images. I've just gone back in, and now the trash boxes are there - the wonders of modern technology...
