You have to be polite like a doctor, use "penis" instead of "dick," and "breasts" instead of "tits."

Children, animals, and extreme things are out of the question...

A little tip from me: if you don't feel like undressing the person first, take a deep nude photo and use that picture. Then you can write perfectly normal things like, "Eat an apple..." but the person is naked the whole time.
