A former teacher whoв’s had 50 surgical procedures before the age of 50 claims people donв’t believe her age and continuously mistake her for a woman in her 30’s.
Lorena Fabiana Colotta, who goes by the name of Sabrina Sabrok, will be turning 50 in March but looks 20 years younger after going under the knife multiple times.
The model lives in Texas, USA, with her six-year-old husband, Alexandro Hernandez Zamora, 35. In addition to modeling, she runs her own porn production company and stars in many of the videos.

Lorena underwent her first cosmetic surgery – a breast augmentation – when she was just 25, after growing tired of her flat chest.
She has had regular surgeries and treatments ever since to the point where she has now lost count of the cost.
“I was so traumatized about my boobs being so flat when I was younger that it just made sense to get them bigger,” Lorena told the press.
“I always liked the look of surgery and the voluptuous look.“

Lorena has 15 surgeries alone on her breasts, going from an A-cup to a 38 PPP, which is the biggest size produced in America – and says her breasts now weigh 7kg each.
Thanks to her looks, the model has graced Playboy’s cover five times and has become known worldwide. She regularly makes appearances on Mexican TV shows and even hosted her show for seven years.
“My favorite surgery that I’ve had done by far is my breasts because I have a fetish for big breasts, and that’s also what catapulted me into the spotlight and got me on TV shows worldwide.“
But her surgeries have not always been easy, and the model admits that things went wrong when she had bum implants – resulting in her needing revision surgery.
“It was hard because the recovery was pretty uncomfortable, and I had to have a second surgery because one of my implants broke,” she explains.
“It was getting dangerous and problematic, so I went to emergency surgery to get new implants.“
Despite this, Lorena took advantage of her revision surgery – opting for a bigger implant size to be fitted once her old ones were removed.
Lorena says she is happy with her new look, loves being mistaken for someone 20 years younger, and feels more confident than ever.
However, surgery alone isn’t what keeps the model looking young and Lorena notes that being married to a younger man has its benefits.
“Having projects and loving what you do is key to happiness, and that will lead to you staying young along with being healthy,” she says.
“I don’t drink any alcohol, I don’t smoke or do drugs, and I eat super healthy food, something I have been doing all my life.“
“So basically, I am super healthy and a workaholic, that keeps me looking young – along with having a younger husband who injects youth-ness into my life.“
Lorena says that she doesn’t regret any of her 50 surgeries as they have bought her great success in her career and allowed her to travel the world.
And she doesn’t plan on cutting down on any enhancements in the future either – especially with her 50th birthday just days away.
“I will definitely need a service and [will] continue to go under the knife and experiment with new procedures,” she says.
“My looks generate a lot of attention – both positive and negative – but if people are talking, then it’s a good thing; at least you got their attention.“
“I would describe my look like a kind of comic Jessica Rabbit back when I started my transformation in the 90s, but these days I just go for the unreal plastic look,” she adds.
