Claire Foy has trademark freckled arms – real super-ginger freckles galore. Emily Blunt has boobs 3-4x the size of those in the picture. Yet you would still sooner believe that Emily had massive boob reduction surgery or that Claire had her arms grafted with new skin and that she tattooed new moles modeled after Jodie’s because she just really fancied them for some twisted reason. Not sure what to make of that, other than note that you have the deduction and observational skills of a hamster, or that you really really REALLY don’t want it to be Jodie for obscure and weirdly specific personal reasons. Yeah, in particular the two vertically aligned moles on her right (left in the picture) breast above the nipple and two almost identically arranged moles below the left (right in the picture) breast. Those 4 dots are a very distinct fingerprint.

If it is Jodie, the hair is a possible give away considering her hair is short, blond at the ends with brown roots. Jodie is a natural blonde so she probably dyed the roots and left the rest blond, and that is exactly what we see on her version of the Doctor. When you factor in all the other things like beauty marks, boob size, etc, it makes sense that this COULD be Jodie.
