Adrian Lyne had a valid excuse to use a body double for nudity, which is what he did in “Lolita.” Thankfully, most of what he shot with the double was cut, unfortunately not for artistic reasons but due to a bullshit censorious law, passed by Bill Clinton no less, that is now defunct. In any case, he was in an extraordinary situation. Another extraordinary situation was “Game of Thrones” and Cersei’s walk. Such cases are fucking rare. If an actress won’t do nudity, cast someone else or make the necessary changes to the script. Don’t try to fucking bullshit us.
