He's good, but that's not possible mate. Xrays ideally need to be slightly see through to begin with, high-res and maybe with a camera flash. Xrays are manipulating the light and compo and using tools to bring out the background a bit better. I think they are both wearing bras, the material is way too thick aswell. Someone could maybe fake them but not xray unfortunately mate.
