Deleted from the Susanna Reid thread as someone said they are fake. But I know the're not. These are just lighting, contrast and colour processed. Nothing is added. HQ images often have a lot more detail in the image data that our eyes can make out. My processing enhances the "hidden" data to make it visible.
The first is the original. The 2nd brightness, contrast improved. The 3rd a bit of colour, shadow and highlight processing.

Maisie Williams is already wearing a see thru dress here and you can just about see her nipples, I'm sure some talented photoshop user could do wonders xraying these pics and bringing out the full detail!!!
