Itami injured TBK during his GTS and Sasha kicked Paige in the back of the leg and she landed awkwardly and fell hard on her shoulder and the injury looked really bad and she could be out for months again if the injury as described as a serious injury.
Another rollercoaster for Paige this year it just keeps on inviting.

Anyway.... Paige was seen at the hotel bar after the incident and looks to be in better physical state then what she was in the ring but she has been pulled from future live events as a precaution.
She walked away unscathed and avoided the stretcher and got helped by the doctors and came out like nothing happened.
Was this a stunt to pull off some heat I wonder?

Definitely not for the crowd, it wouldn't make sense to pretend to be injured at a live event, whether it be a WWE live event, NXT live event, TNA or ROH live event. It just wouldn't happen. Saying that, WWE is hot on not letting their talent participate when they are injured on TV, they're event hotter on it at a live event, they are billion pound company that will not risk putting their talent in danger and risk having a potential law suit on their hands.

You can sell an injury to a crowd, WWE do that to write one of their superstars off TV to intice a storyline. Yes! WWE wouldn’t put their talents at risk but they will intice an injury to play into a storyline.
