When this all started people linked this to Brad Maddox putting this stuff out there and he put up a video as a joke stunt saying it was him.

Paige chose to go with these sexual acts on camera and she was the one filming the scenes especially the bed scenes so she knew she wanted to go through with it, she wanted to be treated like a sexual slave by Maddox and the rest of them. She could of decided to not go through with the whole thing but she did.
