For now, it's a scam.

I don't know what her strategy is.
Maybe she's seeing if it works with old photos and will offer new ones later.

You're probably right but it looks like a sliding door in that picture. If that pic is real, and I'm not saying it is, she might have left it open a little. Either that or a window. I live in a similar place and the wind can do that if you leave a door or window open.
