Email of support and create a ticket to a refund. I would say go with False Advertising so you can your refund. If you say she reposted content they’re gonna side with her. EB so it won’t be just text.

Submit a ticket requesting a refund. You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you bought or tipped for content that was falsely advertised or not delivered. If it's a matter of not delivering then they'll ask to see that you followed up with the creator to try to resolve it and they ignored you or refused. If it's false advertising you'll need to explain how the content didn't match the description you were given. Take screenshots and upload them to the ticket. Also take screenshots to show the date/time/and dollar amount you paid for the content in question.
