So what you probably did is loaded a tight face picture with a template that is mostly lower body. If it doesn't zoom out in the example, you're risking it not working because the Ai is only working with the body it can see. I've done some similar where I wasn't paying attention to that and a girl is flashing her tits but because her chest wasn't visible, all I got was her motion as if she was flashing off camera. Your best bet is to use a wider shot of the girl you are trying to do. Headshots are usually only good for blowjobs and cumshots unless the example shows it zooming out. Even then it doesn't always perform the way it should.
