cant download when it i only get the option of audio--not a newbie to the issue or having to download some at times as either it or i am missing a codec to make it appear--the bottom one worked just fine so not sure of the reason why the other doesnt--it happens at times

same with me don't know why it's only once in a while. I have VLC downloaded it nothing seems to play these offending files.
