There was an Emma Watson deep fake posted here a few weeks ago and they used a model with a body close to Emma's. Also the face complete with freckles barely flickered at all.

I edited a version of his video for X (credit given). I've added an audio track, cropped it to 9:16 (for phone users) and used panning to follow across the screen. Also had to trim to 2m20s cos I don't have a blue tick.
