They finally released it on Blu-Ray a few days ago
There are a number of close up body shots but all of those were a body double. It was obvious as the double had pink nipples while Phoebe has light brown.

Federal law defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (persons less than 18 years old). The nudity from definitely-not-a-child Phoebe in Paradise is entirely skinny-dipping & showering - the ONLY scenes with the character having sex with the male actor in the movie are her body double, sometimes referenced as producers sneaking in extra sex without Phoebe's knowledge, but more likely due to said laws...

And if looking at a nude 17-year-old Phoebe is wrong, I don't wanna be right. These shots from the new Blu are the raw footage of Phoebe wading into the surf – with none of the filters used on the final print originally released & have never been seen - until now Thanks to Uncle Scoopy's Other Crap, the Numero Uno site for celeb nudes news in America, for this.
