It looks to me like she has had them reduced, which is never a great look.

Scarring right around the areola and then vertically down from it.

But then in other pics she has a horizontal scar under her bin where an implant would be inserted.

She's likely had more than 1 surgery, I think she's had them reduced first, then they've went saggy so she's added implants to firm them up, hence a lot of scar tissue.

Would loved to have seen them before she first went under the knife as I'm sure they were fine to begin with.
