Just by way of a PSA, if ANYONE has bought ANY of her material, please please report it to OnlyFans as being a breach of their TOS, because you will get your money back. I did it with a few and have received all the money back.
I'd recommend reporting the post itself and then follow up with an email to support@onlyfans.com
All of what she "advertises" is a lie, and is never what actually comes through. To be honest she's the absolute worst of OnlyFans, so people reporting her and getting flags against her profile is a good thing, as she will either stop lying, or her quality will improve, or she'll have the account terminated and people can better spend their money.

Thank you. I took a chance and bought a video that she made it sound like was a bj video. 8 minutes of literally nothing. Didnt even show their faces. Used the TOS and hoping to get my money back. It was only $25, so not that worried about it, but they may be the worst scammers on OF.

Then I took a chance on a set of her saying she was nude she's in a bath covered in bubbles showing absolutely nothing barely any skin at all its only around $20 down but that's still a joke and she's definitely misleading people

Well update this morning I contacted onlyfans last night after reporting the scam pic sets
Onlyfans response to cut it short was basically tough shit.... they won't refund apparently they don't do refunds especially not on subscriptions if I'm unhappy with the content provided and the way she described them I'm to contact her and take it up with her onlyfans aren't interested
They are basically saying creators can word it how they want and literally scam paying customers and its not their issue and advised I just cancelled my subscription something I did the first day anyway so lesson learned $20 down but I wouldn't ever sub to her again
Oh and best part because I reported the pic sets onlyfans has actually removed my access from them so even though I paid for them I no longer own them otherwise I would of shared the shit show that was the so called her playing with herself when in reality it was someone in a bath (say someone because it could of been anyone) covered by bubbles

Yeah, when you report it disappears but given the gutter level quality of the content, that shouldn't matter.
Just checking, did you report as "Violates OnlyFans Terms of Service"? That's what you need to have reported it as.
Either way, I would send an email to "support@onlyfans.com", saying something along the lines of:
"I have reported serious issues with the user @mrsblondebrewer, who has been misrepresenting what she is selling and scamming people, including me.
I'm keen to get this resolved without further action, but she has scammed and misrepresented herself to me.
Please note I have spent money on plenty of content from other creators without issue or complaint, it is just her and her scamming.
Please can this be reviewed, as I am entitled to and want a FULL refund of what she has scammed me out of. Please note I cannot even see what I was conned into buying as it all disappear when you report it."
You might also want to mention that you know of others who have complained about her and gotten a refund, or you may wish to hold onto that card for if they push back again.

The subscription part seemed like part of a generic bs speech like they was lumping it in with the other part don't think it was aimed directly at hers since like you say hers is free to sub
But yes it was reported as a violation of terms of services but they are insisting its down to me and her to sort out between us basically saying that they aren't responsible for what the creators say or post
After a number of back and forth emails I have outright called out the customer service person for allowing her to openly scam people and they have since not responded
Here you go probably easier to just show where they literally say subscriptions, purchases and tips are none refundable and them basically saying they aren't responsible

I would respond and say that (after being mislead and purchasing) you have researched and found that others have received refunds when the seller is lying about what they are providing (and mention that it was literally about her).
All I can say is that I got a refund a few months ago, so if I got one, you should be entitled to the same.

Just got a credit for the $25 plus tax from the video I bought.
You got lucky they closed my case saying it was resolved without any refund or anything they didn't even respond after my last message
