Many OnlyFans accounts, especially those claiming to represent celebrities or high-profile individuals, are likely managed by agencies or AI rather than being personally operated.

Question: How many OnlyFans accounts do you think are genuinely managed by the individuals they claim to represent? Are there ways to identify which accounts are real versus those run by management teams or AI?

For example, a real celebrity is unlikely to personally message followers with casual greetings like, "Hello, how was your day?" What are your thoughts? Is there a list or verification system to help distinguish authenticity?

How quickly they respond and how flirty they are right away are the biggest tells. That’s the biggest advantage of the agency running it, having someone who quickly responds and is ready to get you to spend $. If you message and get ignored for hours or days, it’s likely not an agency…but some do have friends who help with responses so it’s possible it’s still not them specially if it takes a while to respond, but it’s unlikely an agency if they’re not responding fairly quickly.
