I think its something about using a screen recorder to grab them? When I got vids from her fan page before they didn't seem as bad quality as they do here. Could be my imagination though

It doesn't work on Fantime, but it's also irrelevant. PVZ intentionally uses a pixellated filter which prevents high def zooming in, or at least deteriorates the image. The screen recordings aren't changing much.
