Patreon top tier is up to £183 but she’s now sending via Dropbox too so that’ll be content she’s not allowed to send via Patreon….

Nah its just all videos, she just can't post to patreon. It's nothing different.

Save your money and don't sub it really isnt worth it. It's nothing you haven't already seen.
