I think you mean a movie called in the USA 'Survival Island'. Odd, that here in UK we know it as 'Three'. She is a one time glamour model who got lucky & landed a couple of low end tv presenting roles, and despite being lousy at the job somehow managed to find a couple more panel show & presenting roles; along with other low budget movies like 'Piranha 3D'.
