Ok, so after some research reading articles that Kate and Justin have made comments in. The videos are real and are of Kate, Justin even said that he had lots more pics and videos on his phone of Kate that have not been released online in which he has deleted now for fear of future hacking's. Kate's lawyers have confirmed most of the pics and the videos, they had to confirm each one that was released because if they find the person who released them, each real picture and each real video is a separate charge. Lets say they find the guy and they will charge him with hacking, copy write infringement, theft of personal property, etc. They can charge him with each of those crimes for however many confirmed pictures and videos where leaked. Now why some pics of other girls ended up in Kate's original release folder is anyone's guess. Maybe the original hacker made a mistake and simply dragged and dropped the a few of the wrong ones in or maybe he forgot to separate them, who knows.
