I think the amount of people who she has scammed in the past, it's a fair assumption that a lot of people will have that this new OF is nothing more than the same. When using a mobile device it's not that easy to get content from OF or similar.
Yes there's download apps available but they're not always 100%.
Think Apple makes it alot harder for app development too.
