Row 11, pic 4 is a fappening pic identified as Carly Pope, and in this case it's clearly her. I don't recognize any others, most of which are likely random amateur selfies.

I never even thought of someone else's screen being different; my 24" is set at 1920x1200 and is displaying a picture gallery on this page with four columns across. I should have used the filenames, but I didn't want to cut and paste all those damned random characters image hosts assign to files (I HATE that, and I hate files with names like "image001"). As for Kardashian, I have a mental filter that allows me to so completely ignore any reference to her that she might as well not be there. And, as many have said, the OP could do his own research just like the rest of us. One of the greatest things about the Internet is people's willingness to devote their time and energy to provide resources like this site and forum. But there's a limit that too many cross, like those who criticize people who are giving something for free or people who expect other people to do their legwork for them. Heeralal -- it's all here.
