I think you're probably right.

again, my guess is not, nose is way off...too pointy at the tip, the one on OF has a very rounded nose

I think the nose is the same. If you look closely it's a combination of make-up and filter that's hiding the 'dent' (so-to-speak) in the centre of the nose.
The nostrils are the same.
The cheekbones are the same.
The lips are the same.
Jawline, ears, under-eyes, chin.
Her music career hasn't exactly taken off, either.
Not saying it definitely is her, but if it isn't these two women look very similar.
