It's not. Same guy posted other pics as well, Nobbs in the hot tub, Mccabe on the mountain topless. All fakes. Mccabes nudes is sealed away very good.
I have seen that freezer therapy pic on numerous websites over the years though so I think it is legitimate
I believe it's not, however - until I can find the one I think is original again, we can hope and believe it's true. I'll look out for it, I will also find the proof of the other pics I'm mentioning.
