So, I didn't want to contribute to this or interrupt your endless discussion because it's quite funny but people are annoying me calling "it's a fake, fake fake, definetely, 100%".
I haven't found this link by myself, it's from another forum, so if it's not okay then please a moderator remove it or delete the whole post. But maybe this will end this discussion about fake or not once and for all.

So from that view a paparazzi could have easily made the lucky shot. You can also find this location in Positano on tripadvisor. There are tons of pictures showing the hotel and all the surrounding area including pool area. I can post them as well if you want.
The whole location isn't private, you can just stay there, laying besides the pool, making photos etc. , this is not like a private beach or something.
- Maybe someone was pretending to be taking a pic of the sea view and turn round and catch her or using front camera.
- Maybe it was a staff member, risking the job and making the lucky shot.
- Maybe she just changed her bikini top and was topless for let's say 30 secs.
- Maybe it was early in the morning and noone was there at the pool area.
- Maybe she just didn't care, like fuck it, i'm 30 now and more comfortable and confident with her body. She isn't the 18 year old little girl with the bush anymore.
So in the end for me the picture is real and no fake. But that's only my opinion.
