Yeah, no other pics. No other image that would be the supposed original to what you're calling a fake. You haven't provided proof there, all you've provided is BS hypothetical that doesn't lineup with the logic of any other celebrity that has every been caught by the paparazzi.
This is a big one. We've already observed the willingness, almost eagerness, of British celebrities to try to sue magazines that publish fakes that "defame" them. Functional radio silence from Emma. No evidence of a lawsuit, no "friend who was there" correcting the narrative, nothing. If this was a "disgusting fake by a disgusting magazine", it would at the very least be a great talking point to push her personal ideology, advance # me too, etc. We all know she'd have support; look at AT&T throwing their full weight in supporting the actress who played Lily. But I'm not sure I've seen a single mention of it by her or "her people".
And that
might be because the pic is perfectly real and perfectly legal, snapped in a "public space", and any attention risks a "Streisand Effect". She may even fear there are more pics. Hell, she may already have bought them. I personally like the "skittish server" theory and don't think there are others, but the point is, if anyone could or would go for that magazine's throat, it's Emma Watson in 2020.
