There are a lot of different ways to make them but anyway that's what this thread is for. For other stuff you might want to make your own thread or find another that fits it. There are threads about specific celebrities and other threads about different techniques.

What I use is Gork on X to create a clothed image. Then i use porngen.art to remove the clothes.

There are other people here that are posting things like that too. The idea of using a "censored" photo generator to make the celeb and then impainting with a different "nudifier" program to make them all nakey is obviously creative. Yeah, maybe it belongs in a "totally AI generated" thread since it's entirely AI, but either way, it's nice to see people being creative.
