Yes, I use controlnet for everything lol. I draw the entire body, tracing the parts that are visible, and guessing for the rest. The traced parts have a 1.0 weight using "scribble" model, and the guessed parts typically have a 0.5 weight, sometimes lower if I'm less confident.

If it's too difficult to even make a guess, then I do use openpose to help give me some starting images to base my guesses on.
