Decided to try some Wan2.2 work on the classic celeb Z-Image shower pics. Mostly the faces stick, but there is some identity drift in a couple. Going to try training some Wan2.2 TI2V LoRAs to keep id persistent. featured in this clip are Ann Margret, Celia Imrie, Dolly Parton, Juliet Mills, Lynda Carter and Sheena Easton.

As you can see, a Wan LoRA for ID makes ALL the difference. This one is from last spring, before Musubi Tuner became so borked that it would not train Wan2.1 LoRAs any more without an OOM error. Currently looking around for local and online solutions, but no luck yet, all solutions welcome, particularly cheap ones!

Sure, for a long while, but I would rather do a more intrinsic approach now. Just annoyed at how hard Wan LoRA creation is for me at the moment.

Ok, but i do that in a workflow while upscaling my end result. Runs pretty fast.

Since this is more of a retro thread, I found these on the web and they are perfect here. Impressive and they went the full Gilf route. Put on Pink Slip Lollipop by the artist featured here as some background music and you are in heaven! Superb work by whoever the creator was. The Face didn't quit take from the Pink Slip Lollipop album photo. The others are killer!
