You get lucky by having someone with ACTUAL stuff to trade send you a handful of valueless pics, then you come to a site like this, pretend you're a big shot, have some cringey little pricks offer to suck your malformed micropenis, then make up an excuse for not posting the things you said you had when you were trying to bullshit them.

Simple as that.
