Half of these photos (2-4,12-14 and 19-23, those in a photo studio setting) are AI fakes. Ellie posted about this on an IG story and there was a discussion about it on her now-disappeared dedicated thread.

Wouldn't be the first time a celebrity has denied a photoshoot they regret. I heard some of them were outtakes for a show she did called Snog, Marry, Avoid like 13 years ago or something. This image is from the BBC i Player promoting that show. Not exact I know but similar in some.

Still believe the ones pointed out as being fake are in fact fake. She is super hot, but has never been as thicc/curvy as she appears in those fake pics.
BIB: can I ask where you heard that? I have been doing some reverse image searching and they only appear on sites like Reddit and DeviantArt. Here are the pages on the latter site for two of them:
