I'm using Urban VPN Chrome add on with the country set to Cyprus.

Ireland and Argentina work for me but not the upload page. Anyone got any clues?

Works for Argentina selection . If your using urban VPN that is . Make sure you press the power at the bottom of the left hand side of the screen to activate it .
