Ban Ban

How about all posts have a time limit on. 24 or 48 hours and they are auto deleted. Would keep threads to a minimum and allow a little bit of a discussion. Obviously they needs to be a system in place to keep the images, videos or links in place. Maybe high ranked members or trusted members have permission to pin posts to stop the timer and then admin can review, or they can pin a message as high priority for admin to deal with asap. Otherwise the timer will then delete the post.

As for bumping, it is a little annoying, but sometimes it has produced a few new content from it. But it’s mainly onlyfans that benefit from bumping. Bumping should be banned from celeb content as we know anything leaked or posted will get posted on here.
This idea has some structure to it especially the bumping being banned for celebs but allowed for OF and the like

Personally, I don't have a problem with people bumping threads at all. Takes a very quick click on the handful of threads that appear having new content (I'm almost exclusively checking the leaks threads I might add). But I dislike people who never contribute anything and as soon as a thread has a new post they rush there expecting a new Hope Solo anus pic or what have you and all they ever do is post an angry face for it. Hardly ever any own content. They act like the forum police. These people don't bring anything to the table at all. I won't call anyone out but you know who you are (and it's easy to see - in every leak thread it's the same handful of people). I didn't grow up with facebook et al and didn't spend my youth swipeing messages and adding a thumbs up to everything anyone cares to post, maybe that's my problem. But as some wise man once said: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Or as someone else said: If you don't have anything to say, just stfu.
These are the ones we want to root out and try and give everyone that uses the forum a decent place to come for whatever they’re after, the leechers and demander who contribute nothing and end up stirring threads and derailing them are the ones that have to go

SMG has replies and comments separate.

Replies for new content which sends notifications, and underneath each reply you can have the discussion of the respective post. It seems to work well over there, you still get the odd cunt using the replies for shite but it isn't as much of an issue as it is here.
Sorta off-topic but SMG is currently down, and if it's permanent, I hope none of you are kicking yourself like I am and already downloaded the good stuff.

More pertinent to the topic, I too noticed they have leaks and discussion threads seperated and if you're really as frustrated as you guys seem, maybe it'd be best to follow suit.

Seems better than doing like the Lily Mo Sheen thread and only deleting comments you disagree with while leaving up comments that agree with you (one poster pointed out that her content description said she was like a pornstar without an audience, which is pertinent to the thread as far as what to expect and if there's more coming (have be fast), only to get deleted while a comment saying that those 3 three second clips of her getting eaten out were "hardcore" while handwaving the description).

My view on the bumping threads is, it is irritating but what if there is just a general chat thread separate from any other threads even the request threads.
Where people can come in ask the stupid questions (is there any pussy shots of Bella thorn?) or make the stupid comments (I would smash the granny out of Lilly rose depp) and then get directed to the right answer that way the actual thread isn’t filled with that bullshit and the lonely sad fks like myself can continue to appreciate the actual posts with images
Ban the fools who ignore warnings and direct the chumps who didn’t know

I have to say I come here for the nudes and enjoy most of the community here. I do see a problem with pointless bumps or not contributing anything constructive and I feel for the mods having to clean up all the time. I occasionally will post a lighthearted comment and it ends up with 4 pointless replies, then I feel bad for my comment.

If there was a way comments went under the picture Facebook style rather than clogging up the thread that would help keep pictures together. Then maybe the thread only bumps when new content gets posted. Now I know nothing about running a website and how easy those changes would be

If your just writing "Bump", or asking for new content without searching for yourself, then yeah. That person is probably clueless and is going to disrupt the board. If someone bumps a thread by commenting about something to do with that thread, or the person the thread is about, that's different. It's still a message board after all. If someone comments on how much they like a celebrity or model, it's on topic and they shouldn't be ridiculed. It's not hurting anybody. If you reply to it in a negative matter, your starting the conflict. And honestly, wasting more time complaining than you did clicking on that bumped thread.

If you're getting annoyed about people commentating or communicating on here then you could be part of the problem. Most of the time people keep bumping the bumped threads to complain. Don't be so entitled or impatient. I get that it's disappointing when you see a thread bumped and you think it's new content. But unless your still using dial-up internet it probably only wasted three seconds of your time. No need to get crazy upset. The more of a community you build, the more content will show up here. If you attack people over tiny things they'll just leave. Just because they haven't posted content now doesn't mean they won't post eventually.

If there's a way to implement the comment system some other forums have that would be nice. I get that people want to have conversations, but that shouldn't span 4 pages in a 6 page thread. Let the moderators breathe. Perhaps open separate threads for individual celebrity discussions?

I think any discussion within 24 hours of new content should be fine. When it's been more than 24 hours since the last post, perhaps put a red banner above where people type their post notifying that any bumping without new content will result in blocking them from posting for a while. If they decide to post anyway, give them a second warning before confirming the post.

The first time they get in trouble, sure, only block them from posting for a day or two. If they do it again, then yeah, a week would be fine. If they end up doing it again after having both of those happen to them, then yes, a permanent ban may be needed. If someone else bumped, don't discipline other users for responding to that post.

The problem is, a lot of the time this happens, it's not happening on purpose. People don't realize they're doing something that's wrong. If the place where they type their post let them know ahead of time that they're about to do something they shouldn't, then it would happen a lot less often.

The people bumping threads with just "bump", or "anything new" should be sorted out, but there shouldn't be an issue with someone commenting in a thread, if said comment is relevant to that particular topic. This place used to be a discussion forum, mostly just for celeb leaks and nude pictures. It's the emergence of Onlyfans, and other subscription/paid platforms that's caused the problems with bumping/notifications - because whereas leaks happened once in a while, by chance, this influx of paid-for content - especially from celebs, is now expected and demanded on an hourly basis... And so, people have become more entitled and angry/whiny when they don't see/get what they want. I admit, I'm sometimes disappointed if I see that a thread of a person I'm interested in has been bumped - and it just turns out to be "bump"or a pointless request... But I also don't go running to report it to the admins, like a whiny, little child.

Organic leaks have now become secondary to whichever d-list actress/celeb/wrestler/mmafighter/youtuber/influencer/money-grabbing tart, who's decided they're going to get naked for money. Also the board is way more populated than it was before due to this. Also, some people on here will never be satisfied, anyway, always wanting more - which is the way of today's generation and society in general.

I agree, mods are far too quick to curtail actual discussions. Bumping and demanding content is different from discussing content.
I don't suppose there's any way to have notifications for new comments *with* content attached, but no notification if it's just text? That seems like the best solution if it's technically possible

My suggestion, for what its worth, would be maybe to PIN three simple rules to the top of every thread page. One of them being bumping and the definition of the term. Then new members have no excuse not being able to know the basic etique before posting.

Personally I'm OK with notifications, the worst part for me is having pages of threads of just comments without any content or good information.

I don't know if it's possible but if there's a way, if a reply has links, pictures or videos it could be automatically pinned to the start of the thread. That way all comments without content would go towards the end and replies with content would get grouped.

The only thing I am afraid is getting banned for requesting a re-upload of a dead link. As long as you don't take that away, I'm fine with the ban rules.

Spot on. Forums are for discussions as well as content. Feel free to ban away for one word bumps or the idiots who tell us all what they’d do sexually to whoever’s picture they’ve just spent 3 seconds busting a nut over. I think we should be able to discuss points where appropriate without mods coming in and threatening bans for discussions.

Discussions within reason are fine, debating what counts as hardcore and then floating off at a tangent posting wishlists and fantasy scenarios or posting how you want to fuck her in the ass or how you would suck a fart through her ass while riding a moving chainsaw, or suddenly becoming the subject of the threads leaks manager and declaring what should be released or worst becoming clairvoyant and predicting what’s going to be released isn’t discussion, informative posts about the sets then yeah all day long feel free it helps get the information out but these idiots that aren’t happy when the information is provided because it doesn’t contain that one picture that their whole fap depends on and start bitching and moaning then no they gotta go, same as posting random friends of the celeb in the thread just because they’re sexy and look like they should have a set, as much as members are grateful for the content sometimes information is great too as it gives clarity to any thread they might be interested in but not page after page of discussion because there really isn’t that much information to give regarding leaks , trolls will now get 0 chances as they’re disruption of threads is boring, a laugh and a joke is fine and easily cleaned when the thread is tidied but inflammatory and argumentative posts that have nothing to do with the thread then they don’t deserve to stay.

** edit this isn’t aimed at walloper just used his post to reply as he had some good points as do others it’s just a pain to quote reply everybody

Seeing a thread bumped only to see someone asking a stupid question brings my piss to a boil
I've seen people half defending the bumping saying it doesn't take up that much of someone's time to check a thread.
For me, the time factor is not the issue. it's the getting excited at thinking your going to see some more nudes of one of your favourites, then clicking on and seeing nothing.
Selena's thread was bumped last week. Such a bummer when I checked it and saw bugger all.

Anyone seriously complaining on that point is very much a part of the problem from where I sit. It's an absurdly shitty attitude to have to get uppity over discussion happening on a discussion board because you had visions of Z-lister tits in your head. Entirely your own faults for having those expectations in the first place. If content is actually posted consider it a bonus, not something you feel entitled to every time you see a bell.
