found these pics on fansites, i literally just google "alison brie fansite", or "britney spears fansite" and then for example these websites show up:

and then every single one of these has a media section, with subsections like photoshoots, or red carpet events:

there are a couple of different, what's the word, not archetype, like site layout structures, with some of them being more user friendly than others, like some pages will actually tell you the resolution upfront, so you don't have to waste time clicking on pics only to find out that it's a dogshit resolution. for example, if you want to see the full picture and only the picture with that britneyspearsmedia.ru site, you need to first click on the pic in the album, and then you get the picture page. but if you then want the full resolution, you need to click on the picture again, then another window pops up with actual, larger resolution, and now you can like right click + open picture in new tab so you have that picture opened in your first window in the full resolution
idk it sounds all so noobish and archaic, but it works like that. it's worth it also to peruse multiple of these fansites, because some - for some fucking reason - will have the same images, but in a smaller or larger resolution. so if you're sitting there with your cock out and you just need to find a new high res picture of Emma Stone's stubbly armpit to nut to and you found that picture on one website, but it's like a fucking stampsize, fret not! another fansite might have the right resolution for you. i may or may not be speaking from experience
ANYWAY - i don't know how the people running these fansites get a hold of these quality type of pictures, i suspect they might have bought them from things like shutterstock or gettyimages, or maybe like the fappening leaks there's a community sharing these kinds of pictures. like i frequent picture pub, which is a pretty great site for getting new up to date celebrity pictures, and i asked there once like, hey where did you get your hands on these pics? which the mods then told me that you're not supposed to ask, so idk what the fuck is going on
either way, these fansites are a treasure trove for finding new, high quality pics you won't find on reddit or wherever the fuck else. if you're into a certain celeb it's worth it to google her name + fansite, for instance, Miley Cyrus has a ton of fansites, and with a shitton of subsections of her world tours where she was still in her ultra slutty phase. so you have pages and pages of pics to check out where she's sitting eagle spread on a car and just fondling herself in like 4k
that's a lot of rambling, imma post a couple more pics and shut the hell up before the mods here decide to delete this too
