I'm pretty sure that in the third video, where she's wearing the yellow bikini, she's removed the bottoms for the sitting up section.

I've watched it a number of times (purely for research obviously) and I'm not seeing any fabric on her hips that you can see at the start of the video.

Nah. At 0:12, you can see the bottom proper. The sides are pressing into her hips so you can't see them at the angle in the video.
