Looking online, it rather looks like this was an AI hallucination by Grok. There is no reference to the photoshoot anywhere, and I'm pretty sure it would have turned up by now (it is well known that Belinda Carlisle used the name Dottie Danger when she was in The Germs).

Here are a couple of pics that show they in fact DO exist. Donna Santisi the photographer has had a few exhibitions of her 1977-1978 LA Punk scene shoots. She has confirmed at auctions and exhibitions of said existence and has sold prints from them (see the what he's looking at in the first pic). I imagine the better ones cost more than a pretty penny. However again I'm told some have indeed leaked and been seen on more underground sites as the rare occurances they do make it to mainstream leak sites they get taken down in light speed.

liking this but again PB airbrushed the shit out of Belinda's phat ass. She had some junk in that trunk circa 2001 only a few years after having had her kid...she had curves and wanted to show them...she mentions this in her book had they lightened her nipples, made them smaller...took inches off the ass and waist and it pissed her off. Younger girls would love that but not dear Belinda....she even mentions how she grew her bush out for this shoot but they even chopped that down. Hundreds of pictures were taken by Playboy for that shoot including...and this one made my jaw drop...her sitting on a bed bare foot with her legs spread open. Ofc Playboy did not publish it. There were more than a few explicit pics taken but seems they went the safe route. Maybe someday. More reason want to see those 1978 pics...no airbrushing of bush needed.
