Last year I got a gig as the official photographer for one of Dua Lipa’s shows. It was the kick off the U.S. leg of her Radical Optimism Tour with two sold-out shows at Chicago’s United Center. The concerts featured extensive dancing, multiple costume changes, and interaction with fans. Through the grapevine I had heard it was also going to be one of the rare occasions where she would go topless for part of the show.
