I highly doubt that it's a photoshop! Also I don't think she did that on purpose! She did similar oops and mistakes in a few videos before.
I say it is a mistake because if it was intentional, there would be far more videos like this out there. Some guys claimed that she did many explicit stuff in her carrier, but I can't believe them. One of those guys was a user named andyshaw in here who claimed he has many custom vids of her showing everything, but no offense to him I personally don't buy it because when I asked him to share them, the only reason he said was he can't do that because she says his name in the vids, but he could simply remove the audio and then share the videos or at least a video!
Anyway don't bother yourself, for whatever reason this video has not uploaded and I bet this pic is the only explicit thing in that vid so you didn't miss anything.
