Try emailing OF first. I had N Sn0w take my money for a custom and not deliver for a month, reading my messages and not responding. I just showed them screenshots and then when she got the refund request she suddenly messages me. Told OF idc I want my money back and they refunded me. As long as it's a valid claim, try OF first!

I did, they refused to help as used their terms of 'all transactions are final' so had to go further

They usually do help if you haven't received the content at all. So I think you got unlucky there. I mean how can a transaction be final if you haven't received it?

Tbf they're just as bad if the content isn't as described, usually put it on the consumer who should have confirmed etc.
Had multiple cases of models removing content I've paid for etc. they suspended me now, actually happy as it removes all temptation to buy content.

Going to speak to bank about claiming more money back as they've made it so I can't access content I've paid for, doubt I'll get anywhere but worth asking
