It's trial and error really. I'm not sure how realistic Digen is at generating "pussies", so it might be best to start off with an already nude photo. I would use the Prompt enhance feature BEFORE you write the prompt, then add something like "the woman moves her right hand and rhythmically strokes the upper part of her vagina with her index and middle fingers".
