use google chrome and do the following (on xx brits)...

right-click anywhere on the page (not the video) and select "Inspect"
select "Network" at the top
select "Media" tab
now refresh the webpage
then click play on the video
when you click play, you'll see a file pop up saying something like "remote_control.php" as an example
right click this and select "open in new tab"
the video will now open in a new tab, where you can right click "save video as"
