There was "Downloader for Onlyfans" chrome extension which used to work well when i used to subscribe to people. But that was a good 18 months back so not sure if they now charge or if its still available, so youd have to search in chrome extensions

This is super easy, no need for an extension. Right-click somewhere on the page outside the video, chose inspect, then in the upper left corner on the new "window" there is a square with an arrow inside. After activating this, click on on the video. Then you see an url src="

You must be registered for see links

..." right-click on this (make sure its the original/best quality) and open in a new window/tab, now there is a download button, in lower right corner.

Yeah, it's called Allow Right Click Extension. I use it without any problems.
